配送ポリシー
1. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
All orders are processed and fulfilled as soon as they’re ready — typically within 2–7 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–20 days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
2. Tracking & Delivery Information
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly — inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
3. Taxes & Customs
In most cases, all taxes and customs fees are already included in the order price and are covered by our shipping partners.
This means you’ll receive your package without any unexpected extra charges.
If, in rare cases, local regulations require an additional fee, the courier will inform you before delivery.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Items with printing or garment defects will be replaced free of charge.
5. Returns
Each product is made to order, which means standard returns or exchanges aren’t available unless the item is damaged or produced incorrectly.
